The IGati Idea
IGati Learning Solutions is a learning partner to organizations that believe thinking matters. We work in the behavioural and leadership skills space, designing learning experiences that are sharp, relevant, high-energy, and deeply thought-provoking.

The Mind Behind IGati
IGati Learning Solutions is founded by Maithili Radhakrishnan, a corporate coach and experiential learning specialist with close to two decades of experience in behavioural and leadership development.
Having led L&D and OD functions in large organizations and worked closely with senior leadership teams, she brings a rare combination of business understanding, facilitation depth, and creative design capability.
Maithili has designed and delivered learning experiences across India and globally, working with diverse cultures, leadership styles, and organizational realities. Her facilitation style is known for its clarity, humour, adaptability, and strong connect with intelligent audiences.
